How to Use:

1. Remove existing shoe insoles if possible.
2. Trace existing insoles against the gel insoles for an exact size. 
   
3. If unable, trim along printed lines.
4. Insert gel-side down, heel area placed in the back of the shoe. 
5. Test fit and trim slightly more if needed.

To clean, wipe with damp cloth; air dry.
