Return Policy

General Requirements

  • Shoes must be new, unworn, and in original condition for all eligible returns.

Online Orders (Shipped Orders)

  • Returns must be initiated on our website within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be shipped back promptly after the return is created.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping at $150+, but your kept items fall below $150, the refund will be reduced by the outbound shipping cost.

In-Store Pickup Orders

  • 3-day return window from pickup date.
  • Day 1: Full refund.
  • Days 2–3: Store credit (valid for 6 months).
  • Orders picked up after 7 days from order date are Final Sale.

In-Store Purchases

  • 3-day return window.
  • Day 1: Full refund.
  • Days 2–3: Store credit (valid for 6 months).

Sale, Outlet & Past-Season Items

  • Current-season sale items: Exchange only.
  • Outlet and past season items: Final Sale
  • Some Sales may be final sale (noted on website)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return label costs.
  • After generating your label, you may schedule a FREE USPS pickup (link provided on our website).

How to Start a Return

  • All online returns (except in-store pickups) must be created using the Start Return link at the bottom of our website.
  • Online orders may be returned in-store, but a return must be created online first.
